Window Facelift
I bought this window over ten years ago in Illinois when I was living with my brother for the Summer! It has always been my favorite thing in our house! I saw this idea on how to fancy it up on Pintrest about a year ago and have slowly been looking for the pieces that I wanted! Finally found the shutters last week and was so excited to complete the project!
Cousins
A couple of weeks ago my brother and his family came down from Oklahoma to visit for a few days. It was their first time in Austin and we loved every minute of it. We didn't do anything fancy, just went on a lot of nature walks and let the kids play outside! I love seeing them play together! Excited to see their relationship grow!

Bestfriends
Having young kiddos is hard. It's exhausting and tests your patience. Having three little ones who are three years apart magnifies this by 10. However, as difficult as it has been, Cliff and I always knew that as time went by, things would get easier. That time has finally come. All three sleep through the night and are gradually starting to become more independent. But the best thing about having them be a little older is watching them grow closer to each other. They are starting to not want to be around mom and dad so much and want to be around each other. I can't wait to watch their relationships grow.
First High School Football game
We went to a friend's high school football game last week. We didn't know how the kids would do. We figured they wold just be climbing the bleachers the whole time but we were pleasantly surprised. Aidan really enjoyed watching the game and Ryla LOVED the cheerleaders. Our good friend Amy entertained the younger two the second half with her sonic drink. They seriously stayed at her feet drinking from her straw for about 30 minutes. We also have been trying to introduce football, in general, to our household. Its going well. Aidan will run and put his Longhorn jersey on and watches for about 20 minutes before he pretends to crash into people for the rest of the game. Ryla is now begging for a cheerleading outfit which will be a great bday gift in a couple of weeks. I figure now that we live in Texas we might as well embrace it!!!!

Little Miss Busy Body
Our little Miss Busy Body continues to be just that. I have loved catching her in her silly moments, which seems to be a lot lately. She has been baking with me recently. She loves my new recipe for vegan peanut butter cookies! So happy to be getting some yummy recipes that don't upset her belly. She never goes anywhere without her grey boots! Thankfully they are two sizes too big so we can have them around for awhile. Enjoy the pics!
