New Playmate

When God blessed us, and surprised us, with our Noah we were a little scared about how well we would be able to handle their ages being so close together.  However, one of the many benefits has been that they have had so much fun playing with each other.  Just in the last month or so, Noah has been able to play with them as well which has been so precious to see.  We were able to crab some quick photos of this the other day.  It was precious seeing the two of them push each other around but also taking turns and being polite to one another.  LOVE THEM!

New House

I can never get the pictures to go in the order I want so sorry about that.  Here is the new house!  We are loving it!  Such a blessing to our family.  We are looking forward to staying in it for a very long time!  I'm excited about doing some renovating and making it into a home!

The Latest!

We are pretty settled into our new home.  I will post pictures eventually.  All the boxes are unpacked and only have one room left to paint and decorate (ish) The kids are feeling more settled as well.  You can tell that they already feel like this is their home!  Here are some random pics of our last couple of crazy weeks.

Noah taking a break at the water park!  He was a shark that day!

We got another hand me down ride on toy!  The kids are of course obsessed with it.  We haven't set up the trampoline of playset yet so they have lots of room to drive around in our new backyard.  They all have their own now all given to us from our amazing church family!

Ryla has become obsessed with some winter boots she got from her friend Molly!  She wears them everyday even when it is 104 degrees outside.  She even wears them to church with her dresses on Sunday morning.

Noah has enjoyed not getting shoved off his riding toy since it is only his now.  It is too slow for Aidan so he "officially" let Noah have it for himself.

Pic of us outside.  If we are outside....Noah is happy, happy, happy!

Movie in 3D?  Nope...  Just little Ryla being herself.

Mud, Mud, Mud!  Only one of my three that likes it.  Aidan freaks out if he gets a little dirt on him and makes me wash him off right away.

Last but not least, Ryla insists on peeing outside like a boy.  We have tried to explain the difference so many times but she sees Aidan do it so much that she doesn't understand.  I HAVE tried to stop her on several occasions but I typically turn my back for a second and then find her like this.  Hard not to laugh but do need to make her stop before she does it in public!

I Passed!

Well the biggest news for me is that last Friday morning I took and passed my National Counseling Exam.  In Washington, I had to do my hours and then pass the exam.  I finished my hours right before we moved and was unable to take the exam.  After settling in here, I decided that I wanted to aim towards my LPC licensure as opposed to my MFT licensure.  There are many reasons for this but the main drawback is that I have to completely start over with my hours.  The first thing, however, to start this big adventure was to pass the exam.  I studied for two months.  This was very difficult because at the same time we looked for a house, moved, and then there is of course my three dependent children.

The exam was really hard.  I was actually shocked when the lady told me Congratulations.  But it's behind me now.  I have one application out currently and still don't even know if I have an interview.  So please keep me in your prayers for that.

4th of July 2013

We had an amazing time in Oklahoma for the 4th of July holiday.  We left three days after moving, so it was a nice getaway to the craziness and boxes piled up.  My parents got to come for the one of the days which was wonderful.  The kids had a great time with their cousins and Aidan had his first viewing of fireworks.  A good time had by all!
